Kelly Sutherland Designs is now offering an a la carte upholstery program that allows buyers to invest in quality pieces without the financial commitment of a full scale project. Our designer-only product lines far outlive the lifespan of the conventional retailer for a comparable price, and you’ll receive one-on-one counsel to ensure measurements and selections are executed with precision.
Ideal for the new homeowner or newcomer to the interior design process, this virtual program opens the door for high-quality upholstery to the everyday home.

HOW IT WORKS
Take the new client intake form here.
01: DISCOVERY
Kelly will set up a call to discuss your intake form and next steps. At this time, a link to pay your $250 consultation fee per room will be sent over. Please note that if you proceed with an order within two weeks of receiving your selections, your $250 will be applied to your purchase.
02: PRESENTATION
After you provide measurements of your space, and reference imagery, you will receive fabric samples in the mail. Your upholstery selections and floor plan will be sent via email. KSD will set up a call to present the selections and answer questions.
03: ORDER & PAYMENT
04: INSTALLATION
You have two weeks from this call to place your order if you’d like your consultation fee to apply towards your purchase. KSD will send you a proposal and a link to pay the 75% deposit for your order.
Upon delivery, KSD will bill for the remaining 25% of the product and receiving fees. You will pay a moving company (if needed) directly.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR MY DESIGN PRESENTATION?
You will receive labeled fabric samples in the mail. Your dimensioned floor plan and upholstery selections with pricing will be sent via email. KSD will set up a phone call to review these selections and answer any questions you may have. You have 2 weeks from this phone call to place your order if you would like your $250 fee to be applied to your order.
All pieces are made to order just for you! Therefore, all orders are final sale.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online e-check thorough quickbooks or for an additional 3% fee we accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT LEAD TIMES?
